Plans for Fixed Wing Model Aircraft
Plans
for micro rocket powered aircraft were being published even before
the historic Aeromodeller issue of June 1948 carried the first
plans for Jetex-powered models. And since that date, magazines and
books have published hundreds of plans for a wide range of fixed wing
model aircraft types contest duration, scale jets, deltas, biplanes, canards,
flying wings
.
In this section, we republish a representative sample of these plans, as well as offering some
entirely new plans for Rapier power.
We've divided the plans by motor type. Follow the links in the list
of motor types to the right and you'll find downloadable plans to
suit all types of micro rocket power.
Similarly, you'll find plans to suit a wide range of modelling skills, from simple sheet balsa quickies to
the most elaborate built-up stick and tissue models.
