St Christopher rescue ship, more like the Jetex space ships?

  

Though not strictly related to the Dan Dare series, the 'Zyra' space ship was another venture by Wilmot Mansour to get marketing leverage from the 'space craze' of the fifties and sixties. Its design was "based on the authentic creation to be seen in the Paramount picture 'When Worlds Collide'".
